New Mexico
gotta get quite a ways down below the money to buy spring puts right. MO

seems like a feeder floor ( april / may ) at $200 can be done at say 50 cents to $1cwt...so don't really think it's worth buying now.

a $220cwt april put is $3.15cwt today.

your weights are scattered enough, you already have a market average...almost monthly.

just keep sorting off the big cattle weighing 800 to 900 and sell em as feeders as they reach that weight...keep growing the younger 1s up etc..

maybe the plainer...holstein feeder cattle just feed em out ( don't know how strong your holstein feeder cattle market is there ).
( corn is pretty cheap....and fat steins bring darn near "par" fat price )
