South-East South Dakota | I don't know how you make it right but they are gonna have to cough up some thing. The shrink could have been in the 8-10% area. Maybe more. But they were off feed already being sold the way they were I assume.
Aside from that now you've got the BIG problem of what to do with starved out stressed out fat steers. Damn near gonna have to start over on feeding em. Maybe fill em on long stemmed grass and slowly work them onto feed. They should let you feed them a couple weeks for sure. | |
