I use the exact recipe on the back of the Tollhouse Semi-Sweet Chocolate chip package with the exception of using 1 stick of butter and 1/2 stick of butter flavored Crisco rather than 2 sticks of butter. I also like to sometimes use mini chocalte chips or chocolate wafers to get the flavor throughout. My mom adds a small amount of espresso powder to hers... yum!
