+1 we have done it both ways. Hand trowel is best for plaster. We rebuilt 20x60 stave. New plaster, new hood on fill pipe, and new tripod cable winch, rebuilt unloader, and I built doors. All for less than $10000. Can imagine what it wold cost to put up a harvestore. Buddies that have them are always talking about $3-4000 every year.
