I would go with the cheaper ddgs. Cost of gain will be less and the protein will probably be higher than the guaranteed %.

As far as what was discussed in posts above, I'd encourage you to do some research online. The University of Nebraska (and many others) has done extensive research on feeding distillers grains and their findings are all online! They even have trials looking at distillers with removed fat vs non removed fat, studies dealing with the sulfur toxicity issue, studies feeding distillers grains vs a corn control, and studies on feeding wet vs modified vs dry... Tons of free info out there, just gotta do some reading!
