Day Co. SD | Just my thoughts. I know nothing about helium or any other gasses. But when the price of something becomes too high, cheaper replacements come to the market. So to me a helium investment would have to be flipped quickly to realize a good gain I would think. I know a guy with thousands of dollars of R12 cuz he bought after the initilal spike. He honestly thought the price would just have to keep going higher as the supply dwindled. My personal thought is the big spike in helium has already happened. It will probably get a little higher but not at the percentage of gain that has alredy happened. In the 4 years since that article was written alot of market positioning has taken place.
