S.C. Wisconsin | From what I seen last year prices have recovered a quite of bit of lost ground from the recession. But if you take a look at Arizona real estate it go both ways in large swings compared to other areas of the country. Before I would buy real estate I would suggest to spend some time roaming around to see what tickles your fancy. Everybody has different ideas as to what they like to be around. We winter in the middle of the desert and enjoy it because since I live in Wisconsin I am around water all summer so the water isn't a big deal for us. If you like to golf where we stay also would be a poor choice. Some people winter where we do as music is also big there. Of course riding four wheelers is the biggest attraction where we winter. I always say it's a good thing different people like different things or it could get very crowded! | |
