The "Green Bag" is Michigan's "Black Bean Bag",,,its well know in Mexico as quality blacks. It started kinda with a food safety issue in navies to the UK. Had nothing to do with blacks at the time it ballooned into a big big deal ! ! ! ! ! And it all started with some dam blank old 8-tracks tapes.........................
Blacks Beans have became the trendy,yuppy bean to add color into many different recipes that used to be just green,red.yellow or whatever color of food the trendy house wife house. Its the only beans that usage has taken a trip on old MT's rocket, REALLY it has ! ! ! ! !
NOW "Anderson Grain" out east has gotten into the navy bean biz !!!!!!!!! There's pretty smooth,,,,,,,,,,they were VERY SMOOTH players in the navy bean biz just this fall in my very local area. If they read this,or if someone knows them,,,tell them old SAT just gave them a "hat tip" plus some new blood is always FUN..... PLUS a "Thank You" for those $34,,, 3 year navy contracts :o))))))))))))))))))))))))
