Agree with turning them, IF you can run them thru a rotary screener when you put them in, if they are that wet may be best to leave them till it's below 20 degrees to harvest. We have grown sunflowers for 40 years but unless processors are willing to pay for the risk: blowing down, blackbirds, disease,insects, burning up a combine or dryer this will be the last.
