options on grain futures are not by definition securities....trading on insider information is not against the law in commodities...non public information can be passed to the public if it is non-material to the stock price...you have no leg to stand on. So show me that grain options are securities and that insider trading is against the law in commodities...You're in way over your head on this one and are trying to redefine the debate. The bottom line is that margins on futures are not material to the CME's stock price. I encourage you to contact the SEC if you really think there was a breach of protocol. I'm looking forward to your detailed reply...
