I simply said an option is by definition a security
I also said the CFTC and SEC both have powers to regulate and even more so today
Furthermore Non public info was passed to the outside regarding an equity which is an entirely different conversation that the one you are trying to have, you even admitted it might be insider info in your first reply.
I encourage you to re read some of the replys. I have stayed on point. You are all over the board
