There is actually a push is some places for grain finished beef, if not just grass fed beef - as some ppl are anti corn for whatever reason.
Most cattle around here are finished with grain though. Possibly potatos too - which may go will with your soup as well. And actually chocolate in some spots as some feeders used to get the rejects from the plants.
