A theft....thus and there is no brand inspection paper that transfered the cattle. it might be real tough to resell em in a brand area ( rebranded ) because the brand inspector there is likely to last for the last brand inspection paper. the good areas like NM it's computerized too. just draw any questionable brand on the computer and things come right up.
