S America has plenty of beans to crush and doing so.
The meal sales the US has done is what is having difficulty
being shipped. Its a logistics problem , not a lack of product.
Processors got behind in SEPT and the RR's have prevented
them from catching up. They will............but when.
Meanwhile, meal in S America is $65 cheaper than US meal.
There have been cancels & switches. There will be more. Maybe
even some imports.
