They went down a month or month and half ago but I haven't seen them go down again since.  Conversely fall pairs have held and strengthened in price in the same period.  Hard to justify an unproven $2500-$3K heifer when you can buy one that has proven to have a live calf for $3200-$3500.  Add $400-$800 to those numbers if they are red.

Red's (as in red angus or herf?) are bringing more than black breds/pairs?  Wheres yous located????
