| Been doing a little over a year, never drew blood, but have gotten relativly good with it. if you want to know which hefs bred early or cows works great.
we have noticed by doing them so early you can still loose calves if between, for i guess a # of reasons. They have to be at least 28 days and not had calf in the last 72 or so days. so knowing your cattle is very important. or at least keep up with bull dates and when last calf was born. you can make mistakes, better to have one person drawing blood and other keeping tubes labeled correctly. | |
