When I was shopping around for a forage harvester a few years ago, or if I'm at an auction sale where there is 1, they all were left full of silage. Now rotten, moldy crap, rotting away the metal in the machines. Also full of mice/rat turds.



No left over feed = less chance of mice /rats moving in.



An hr. or so with the air gun & it's done.



Cracker plate & underneath it too. 



I must of had something go through when I was doing my barley/pea field, just about sharpened it all the way out. I took a stone to remove the burr on the backside.
