Don't know if I can explain this but use a 6 pole switch ( momentary and you hold it to move , let go to stop )

Wire + & - to the outside terminals and - & + to the other outside pair ( reverse polarity )

Run the middle pair of terminals to the actuator
Top of the page Bottom of the page
