There is the Mid-Atlantic grazing conference and GA grazing school coming in Nov. It will be in and around Moultrie GA this year. I went a few years ago when it was in VA, and it was geared toward dairy grazing, but there should be a lot of good info for your kind of grazing too. A google search of Mid-Atlantic Grazing conference 2014 would give you a look at the agenda.
