central nebraska | Just bought my first rental property! brother in law is still in school and was looking for a place for 4+ yrs in dental school. We made it work, and am very pleased. If you enjoy homes and the little stuff that goes with it, its a great call! Didn't have funds for land, and wouldn't have bought if I did, so it was time to diversify. I will suggest newer homes (1990+). The home I bought was based strictly on location. It was built in 1960, so plumbing and some electrical are dated. That is my only regret. | |
