DE | Thank you Dave. Yes the farm consists of my grandfather and my uncle are the owners. And me and my brother are the ones "in line" for it. We have some other help that work 7-3 during the week. Flexible hours somewhat. My thing is me calling shots is a long time away. I don't wanna miss my kids growing up. Worked off farm awhile then came back. Never thought I'd start regretting coming back. | |
