East central Indiana | Welcome to life on the farm. Work smarter not harder. Im 26 with 3 kids 3 and twins that will be 1 in 2 weeks. We farm and also put tile in and move dirt. my average week is 60 hours with good weather lot of 80-90 hour weeks. Id say you have something out of balance. You need to eat right, have a good bed to sleep in, eat breakfast and most importantly dont forget to take a day off or go home early now and then. If its raining we try to send everyone home by 3 unless something is really pressing. The best part of my job is working with dad and we dont work sundays ever. I know some people cant take sundays off but i really think it helps. Good luck. Seriously take a good look at habits such as eating and sleeping | |
