Don't take this the wrong way but why should Pioneer or anybody be responsible for your loss. I get your point and if it were a corn that was supposed to be resistant to glyphosate but wasn't I could see they owing you big time. Or if it were a stacked corn and still suffered the fate of bugs eating it up. But you chose to plant that variety or you chose to put faith in a dealer who told you to plant that variety. So in my eyes you are responsible. Live and learn and don't buy that one again or avoid that particular company all together. I know I'll get heck for saying that but from my seat that's how I see it.
