I just finished up bailing stalks on 95 acres. Here is what I do: combine with non chopping caseih head, let dry a couple of days, used a 51ft land roller and then a 14 wheel h and s rake, baled with a vermeer 605m baler. I made about 520 bales with twine and 85 with net (ran out of twine). They will all go through a vermeer bale processor. I will not cut the twine off, will have to cut the net off. Did all the bales in 2 days, glad to be done. Now I have lots of hauling to do!
