All I know is My Hesston Dealer in Billings has DAMM good Service.   Mechanic 2 yrs ago on the 3rd of July came back from a service call at 11 pm & pulled a part off a new baler & put it where I could pick it up in the morning to get my baler going on the 4th of July. If I had asked he would of came out on the 4th of July & fixed my baler. Scotty probley had close to 90-100 hrs in already that week.  

That might be part of the reason I have 3 Hesston big Balers, 3 Sawthers & 3 Small balers.

JD dealer probley would of said "parts will be here Tuesday". NH dealer would of said " you might get parts next week".
