SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!
I just lost two bins that had been sealed with a product that looked like cool seal 5 years ago. They were both rusted out under the sealer. Plastis roof cement seems to have enough oil in it to prevent that. That said the local bin installer uses a 3/4 inch thick, 4 inch wide tar strip that comes in a roll under his bins and that seems to work well. I have had two for 15 years and no leaks yet and no resealing. By the way the insurance wouldn't pay for the bins and I had to agree.
