Then might as well bolt it together and not worry about it. Your roof line will slope a tiny bit and take a second look in the right sunlight, but 1% shouldn't hurt the integrity?

I guess im still not clear...

The floor slopes in 2 directions.

There are stub walls?

Do the stub walls go straight up vertical, or are they exactly 90degrees to the floor and so slope 1% to the side as well?
