west central Iowa | I was worried about hurting the barrel on my good 22 so I bought an old single shot to shoot bird shot. When I shoot regular shells in it, it still seems to shoot as good as it ever did.
I got to tell a story about that gun. I found some 22 blanks for a power hammer while looking for something in the shop one day. So when my son got home from school I asked him if he wanted to shoot some cans. Every time I gave him the gun I put in a blank and when I shot I used a regular shell. After about 6 shots with him missing and me hitting I coulcn't keep from laughing and he figured out what was going on. | |
