Subject: RE: Kemco Inline Bale Wrapper?

Central IL
We have had 2 Kemco wrappers. The newest one works like a dream. The previous one was a nightmare. They have made many changes and updates in the last year.

Cline, you are definitely right about the bales rocking up at the front. They made a couple changes to help out with that. The 2 spears that the bale rides on as the wrap is being applied were lowered. That kept the bale from needing to be "pushed up" onto the spears. Also, they added a 4" riser tube to the frame that is slightly higher than the conveyor chain. This keeps the bale at more of a downward angle as it pushes up against the bale in front of it. The angles of the table and ramp on the newer machines were also changed to be more of a level plane from start to finish on the wrapper.

One of the pictures shows a row wrapped with the older version in back vs the new version in the front.
