EC Nebraska | We had a young buck, who 2 years ago sent letters to about every landlord in this area, telling them he would pay 50 dollars more than they were getting. He had 1 or 2 guys bite at the offer. Well, I talked to this kids, father in the harvest line on saturday. All he did was complain about cash rents and how the landlords have to come down. I called a spade, a spade. I told him his son drove up some rents in this area and they need to live with the agreements he has made. In this situation, I have no sympathy and if I was a landlord of his, no way would I come down for 15. | |
