| Banker friend called last week and ask for updated number and wants to get my 15 operating loan approved this week. Sees no problem in doing so, but wants to get it passed now because they see big write downs on land and machinery values after jan 1. He suspects there will be lots of 15 operating loans that don't get approved at his bank. Not that it should apply to everyone, but the no hat cowboys that don't make it through the winter will make the process much more difficult for everyone. In my world that's a good thing and should drive the high rent cowboys out of business. | |
