What do you figure for land and machinery cost's on your break even? If I use the going rent in my area and the average machinery cost on farms in my area I would have $7.50 in cost's with just rent and machinery. If I have land paid for I feelĀ  that I still need to use the going rental rate for a cost per acre because I could rent the land out and not worry about growing beans.




I'm on share rents. The spreadsheet calculates the correct shares for each farm.
