South Central North Dakota | A college friend of mine who does land management for the trust dept of the stagecoach bank told me that the companies loan officers have told him to expect many of his tenants "will be paying $75/a less" in 2015 . This was in SD and southern MN. Just had a thought how about throwing the RMA spring and fall price into a formula with APH for rents. It would be away of comming up with numbers that that some landlords might fell comfortable with on a flex rent lease. It seems no one wants crop share any more and I understand that.
