Id say good luck, even though I done disagree with you. My banker thinks a third of aph at 3.25 so 210 ground be 228, wont happen he says but any new ground added needs ta be.close ta that.
Bid on some 2 weeks that was in paper, ive heard that most bids were 250 an less, didn't sit well with LL.
