That would be the higher side of what I would offer for crop rent in 2015

These prices are based of APH or County Avg. yield

would be more comfortable with $ .80 and $2.00

as for Land values if you want to think about the Investors they like to see 5% returns but would likely settle for 4% so draw land values from that.

not sure everybody is inline with that thinking but O'well

as always time will tell
