Red River Valley | but Obama has virtually NO say in the Sandpiper Pipeline.
North Dakota and the Federal Government have both signed off on the pipeline
and for the most part everybody in the state of Mn. had also until the local Pol's around Park Rapids Mn. ( btw I'm told they are mostly Conservatives ) felt the route might harm lake cabin values and they requested that the MPUC look into 5 alternative routes.
so it is delayed for a year or so.
Not the reality that you wanted it to be but it is the reality of this process | |
