Houston,Tx
...and PLEASE, don't call me "Shurley"

roger - WHAT?...no---roger to Roger's reccommend.

w/out knowing any other details about your upside target, what price you're pre-sold - vert Jul spread is a great idea - you'd simply need to be well capitalized in your trading - um - i mean, HEDGE acct.

just get your broker to explain that strategy to you (if not ed already on it)...how many positions, etc.

if, however, you only want to use/risk a small amout of capital with more upside potential = Mar calls- the 400 strike traded for 4 cents on the close- only 50 cents out--call me crazy, but this is 2nd or 3rd longest bear outta 20 SINCE the year of 1900!

sooooooooo, 540 is NOT out of the question into the Feb break. fwiw

hope our thoughts help :), now i gotta get back to auto-pilot.
