Very nice toy. I haven't used one of those cutters before, are those carbide tips? How does that compare to a regular annular cutter? Can you describe what you mean by bearing covers? I haven't heard of one of those before. Who are you working with on the bridge, the local dot engineer? The locals are usually pretty nervous about cutting holes in their bridge.
