Hang on painter. Most times when you see absolute it means a lender is selling you out. It means things sell to the highest bidder no matter what. Now I guess if a person has health issues or really just wants out now no matter what you could have an absolute auction too. I dont really think with the money he has in that equipment he is just going to settle for whatever it goes for unless someone is telling him to.

I don't know where you come up with that. Here is an absolute auction 10 miles from me. Suppose you think this is a forced sake also?
