That is an absolute auction so they must be in trouble.
Yeah anyone who decides to retire in the next couple years will be "going broke" and we will hear a bunch of "told you so". Maybe they just want out at the top? Maybe they wanted to retire 5 years ago but high prices kept them in the game? I'm sure it's because 1 year of low prices broke them.
