Southeast Colorado | Hate to see anyone in the dry west complaining about rain...............sounds like you need to go on vacation and relax a little. Tough prices to wade through here for a while but surely we'll be alright. No frills or luxurious lifestyle for the wife and me this year.............just hope I don't have to go get a real job! The cool damp weather will really help an already pretty good stand of wheat in our area. Only a half inch of rain so far out of this and we've got a lot of sub moisture rebuilding to do yet. Ground probe only goes in about 18" on the summer fallowed ground. EDIT: BTW I do appreciate your posts so even if you go on vaction.............don't leave us behind............take us along with you (via the internet)...........its the only vacation I'm gonna get. LOL!
