I don't remember it that way. I thought the light test weight was in 2009 and everyone was saying it was going to take more bushels for feed and more to produce ethanol. It didn't end up that way. Everything work the same with light test weight as it did with heavy test weight. The only difference was that the end users got to buy light test weight corn at a big discount.
