I own some ground near Garden City. The county average is in the lower 40's. This year my tenant is half done, and his whole farm has averaged around 100 with the best being 120 and the worst 80 which is one of his best crops ever. This is all dryland, I don 't know what irrigated yields are, most of the irrigated I'm familiar with in the area is corn or wheat.
What is the Upside on Corn?
