You can make a good ration with those ingredients.  If you are mixing the ration, it is better for rumen health and cattle performance if you look at the total ration as the percents of each ingredient and not pounds per head per day.  I advise that you sample the feed ingredients before balancing the diet.  The other consideration is if you want best gain and efficiency or if you want to use up your home grown feeds - those don't always go together.
