Probably not the answer you want to hear but sounds like you need to invest in setting up another lot with the proper amenities so you can handle both groups separately in the future or look at finding a nearby place to rent that already has what you need. Not a fan of the idea of mixing the 2, the calves need to be fed separately and get a different feed ration than the cows do right now if you want them to gain efficiently.

For example we don't have an ideal spot to properly feed out our sale bulls in the winter so we rent a lot from a neighbor who has an extra lot that has the setup we need so we have feed delivered there and pay him to feed them twice a day and make sure they always have free choice hay in the ring. It's worth it to us to not have to invest the money in creating another lot and installing water, electricity, and constructing some type of shelter cover that will only be used a few months out of the year.
