Would have to get that info. But both have 14% + or - mag. Other ingredients and % vary. Reason for question is neighbor said SS hi mag does not have enough phosphorus to produce timely conception in a controlled breeding season. He says ph needs to be at least 4%. SS is about 1%. Thanks
