Yup. I had some of those back when I out lot hogs. Liked them. There's a paddle they move back and forth to get feed, much like an Osborn feeder. I have used Osborn feeders to creep calves, they can do it just fine. You set the flow rate so it sort of drops just enough feed they will be willing to work for, which keeps the trough clean and reduces spoilage. If you check the feeder and there's feed in the trough, tighten it down. If it's licked clean and dry, open it up a little until it is just dusty when you come by to check it.
