Western New York | It could be a long time. Putin has over 90% approval of populace. Historically if the Russian people support their leaders you can feed them potatoes and give them burlap for clothes. Just a note about foodstuff supplies for this fall and winter, Putin has been blocking imports from almost every country in Europe. People have not complained yet. There is a rumor that even Alcoholic beverage is being rationed in some regions. If that does not cause a problem, then as of now Putin has no problems with the populace.
