26 cent range - 4^4 cent between open/close - a moderately high level of reliability here.
i had commented on the internals earlier if you recall via COT data - MOST of the selling below 10 bucks was small specs - buying buy strong commercials. The large specs (funds/reportables) only accounted for roughly 25% of selling below 10 while the large shorts were beginning to cover...not sure how to find older posts.
