I may not be completely understanding you, but are you saying speculate on the board with bushels from a 1000 acre ghost farm instead of actually renting 1000 acres? If so, that could be very risking if you get on the wrong side of the market.....:( I have never knew a successful long term speculator, but I'm sure they are some out there......:)
